It is no secret that ‘Mohabbatein’ debutants Shamita Shetty and Uday Chopra were once rumoured to be dating. They got involved in a romantic relationship during their ‘Mohabbatein’ days; but like most Bollywood celebs, they too broke up after some time.
While, Uday moved on and found Nargis Fakhri, Shamita chose to pursue a career in interior design after announcing her decision to retire from films in 2011. Cut to 2015, and we have the two former love birds turned good friends interacting publicly on Twitter!
Today, Uday posted a tweet on his official page to which Shamita cordially responded. This must have drawn attention of many users in the Twitterverse as it is uncommon for two celebs who were dating to communicate on a public platform. Aren’t you surprised, readers?
